Biochemical communications as a prerequisite for dark photon communications?
Excerpt 1) “…there have been innumerable links to various hot topics in biology about which I know virtually nothing. I have managed to catch only some key notions like behavior, nutrients, nutrinogenomics, nutrinogenetic signaling, pheromone, hormones, ecology. For instance, nutrients are found to have epigenetic effect on gene expression: they affect behaviour! Pheromones have effects on behavior. I understand that molecular biologist try to reduce these effects to chemical communications and biochemical pathways.”
My comment: Theoretical physicist Matti Pitkanen now attempt to stake his claim to the detailed information on the role of hemoglobin in cell type differentiation. For examples of those details, see the blog posts here that are available via a search for “hemoglobin.” Pitkanen take everything I have detailed about the importance of iron to RNA-mediated events that link amino acid substitutions to cell type differentiation with his claims of quantum self organization via quantum jumps, which de Vries defined as “mutations.” Pitkanen then links the quantum jumps (i.e., the mutations to evolution of biodiversity via a pattern of self organization.
Excerpt 2 ) “Quantum self organisation replaces this 4-D magnetic body with new one in each quantum jump so that our geometric future and past are not fixed but evolve to an asymptotic self-organization pattern.”
My comment: Taken together with the ridiculous representation he made in the context of the simultaneous emergence of hens and their eggs, he now puts the role of nutrient uptake and specifically the role of iron into the context of mutations that led to the evolution and simultaneous emergence of hens and eggs.
His conclusion: “To sum up, communications would be a crucial aspect of being intelligent living system and the proposal is that magnetic body carrying dark matter and photons plays key role in these communications.”
My comment:
He echoes Guenther Witzany’s claim: Life is physics and chemistry and communication“…a natural language or code emerges from populations of living agents that communicate.”
He echoes Keith Baverstock’s claim Life as physics and chemistry: A system view of biology “…an epigenetic cell regulatory model, the independent attractor model, has already been proposed to explain the phenomenon of radiation induced genomic instability. Here it is extended to provide an epigenetic basis for the morphological and functional diversity that evolution has yielded, based on natural selection of the most efficient free energy transduction.”
He provides a link to my 2013 review: Nutrient-dependent/pheromone-controlled adaptive evolution: a model. “Pheromones (see this link as example) are like hormones except that they affect the behaviour of another member of the same species (or more generally?) by inducing epigenetic influences.”
He then extends his model of self organization via quantum jumps (i.e., mutations) to the evolution of biodiversity via the simultaneous emergence of chickens and their eggs. This occurs before placing his claims into the perspective of communication via food odors and pheromones, which is required to link the sun’s biological energy to amino acid substitutions that differentiate the cell types of all individuals in all species via their physiology of reproduction.
Simply put, he removes communication, replaces it with mutations and stakes his claim to the importance of communication which is perturbed by mutations that lead to physiopathology in the context of physics and chemistry. He ignores the claims of serious scientists who are Combating Evolution to Fight Disease.
Mutations do not lead to the evolution of life or biodiversity because they perturb RNA-mediated protein folding, which is required for communication via feedback loops that link food odor and pheromones to the control of reproduction. Nutrient-dependent amino acid substitutions stabilize the DNA in the organized genomes of species from microbes to man via pheromone-controlled feedback loops that link chromatin loops to the stability of protein folding. Matti Pitkanen and other physicists should stop trying to replace biological facts with their theories. See also, my comments on Combating Evolution to Fight Disease.
