Epigenetics II: Cellular Memory, Imprinting, and Targeting Genome Configuration With RNA
Excerpt: “… germline-specific piRNA-targeted epigenetic control is key to understanding how life history events activate natural genetic engineering.”
My comment: Researchers are not reporting the molecular epigenetics of RNA-mediated genetic engineering in the context of natural genetic engineering. Indeed, it sometimes seems that other are avoiding mention of links from RNA-mediated cell type differentiation via amino acid substitutions to nutrient-dependent pheromone-controlled ecological adaptations in species from microbes to man.
A few others already appear to have realized what CRISPR gene editing technology represents. It represents the end of neo-Darwinism and the return to fact-based representations of biophysically-constrained cause and effect directly attributed to differences in naturally engineered RNA-mediated protein folding.

CRISPR: A game-changing genetic engineering technique
Excerpt: “…scientists first design and synthesize short RNA molecules that match a specific DNA sequence—for example, in a human cell. Then, like in the targeting step of the bacterial system, this ‘guide RNA’ shuttles molecular machinery to the intended DNA target. Once localized to the DNA region of interest, the molecular machinery can silence a gene or even change the sequence of a gene (Figure 2)! This type of gene editing can be likened to editing a sentence with a word processor to delete words or correct spelling mistakes. One important application of such technology is to facilitate making animal models with precise genetic changes to study the progress and treatment of human diseases.”
“It may be possible to use CRISPR to build RNA-guided gene drives capable of altering the genomes of entire populations.[8]

CRISPR/Cas can be described as a Lamarckian inheritance mechanism.[92]

Single-molecule correlated chemical probing of RNA
Excerpt: “RNA molecules function as the central conduit of information transfer in biology.”
My comment: If DNA was central to information transfer, mutations could lead to biologically-based natural selection and evolution.
The fact that DNA is not central to information transfer explains why no biologically-based evolutionary events link anything except RNA-mediated information from the epigenetic landscape to the physical landscape of DNA in organized genomes.
The fact that RNA-directed DNA methylation and RNA-mediated cell type differentiation via amino acid substitutions links conserved molecular mechanisms from ecological variation to ecological adaptations in species from microbes to man should already have eliminated the assumptions and definitions used to invent neo-Darwinism.
What further clarification is required to eliminate the pseudoscientific nonsense of evolutionary theory?
Generation of Gene-Modified Cynomolgus Monkey via Cas9/RNA-Mediated Gene Targeting in One-Cell Embryos
Excerpt: “Cas9/
My comment: The RNA-mediated generation of a gene-modified monkey occurs very rapidly, which is how biodiversity quickly arises from nutrient-dependent DNA methylation outside the laboratory in the real world of atoms linked to ecosystems without the pseudoscientific nonsense of mutations, natural selection and evolution.
