Joseph Kover seems closer than most other physicists to linking light-induced amino acid substitutions to cell type differentiation and biomass via the biophysically constrained chemistry of protein folding.  Today he posted notice of the following publication with the comment: “… just what I was waiting for…”

I’m not a physicist, and may never fully understand how quantum entanglement is epigenetically linked from light to light-induced amino acid substitutions. However, it is clear that the light-induced amino acid substitutions are the link from the epigenetic landscape to the physical landscape of DNA in the organized genomes of species from microbes to man.

Learning does not lead to permanent memory until all sensory inputs epigenetically link odor input to receptor-mediated ecological adaptation. Ecological adaptation takes time and it cannot ignore missing circuits. That’s why Witzany claims “Life is physics and chemistry and communication.”

Life is limited when missing information fails to link communication via nutrient-dependent amino acid substitutions to cell type differentiation, which is controlled by the physiology of reproduction.

Physicists and other theorists have bastardized Darwin’s theory with their calculations. For example, evolutionists have bastardized it with the calculations of population geneticists. Theorists put first what Darwin’s theory considered only in the context of his “conditions of life.”

There is no model of biologically-based cause and effect that places mutations before error correction. Researchers who look at birds and see parts that came from dinosaurs were labeled by Dobzhansky (1964) before he could realize he was wrong about these two things. He wrote: “Self-reproduction plus mutation make possible natural selection. Natural selection makes possible evolution.”

Reproduction is not possible without selection of food, and the nutrient-dependent physiology of reproduction eliminates most mutations unless organisms and their offspring are overwhelmed by nutrient-stress and/or social stress.

Nutrient stress and social stress cause pathophysiology because they perturb protein folding. The sun’s biological energy links light induced amino acid substitutions from nutrient-dependent amino acid substitutions to their fixation via the pheromone-controlled physiology of reproduction. Reproduction links cell type differentiation in species from microbes to man via the fixation of amino acid substitutions that differentiate all cells in all organisms of all species via conserved molecular mechanisms.

Dobzhansky (1964) was right when he claimed these two things “… the only worthwhile biology is molecular biology. All else is “bird watching” or “butterfly collecting.” Bird watching and butterfly collecting are occupations manifestly unworthy of serious scientists!” He also was right when he claimed that “…the so-called alpha chains of hemoglobin have identical sequences of amino acids in man and the chimpanzee, but they differ in a single amino acid (out of 141) in the gorilla.” Dobzhansky (1973)

He was wrong to not specifically mention physicists who do not understand the importance of light-induced amino acid substitutions to cell type differentiation in species from microbes to man. He should have included them with the biologists who I’m sure he would still claim are bird watchers and butterfly collectors.

My comment: Despite that fact, others are already placing entanglement into the context of evolutionary theory.  We will continue to see them claim that evolution must still be the way that all living things diversify, albeit after differences in hydrogen energies have been created. They seem largely unaware that the differences in hydrogen energies were defined as “mutations” by Hugo de Vries, and population geneticists assumed that mutations led to natural selection and evolution — until they decided to eliminate natural selection and claim that the evolution of organismal complexity “just happened.” See The Surprising Origins of Evolutionary Complexity.

There is no longer an excuse to first eliminate physics from the ridiculous theories of evolutionists because quantum entanglement is the only explanation for links from physics to the chemistry of protein folding and the conserved molecular mechanisms of cell type differentiation in species from microbes to man. Cell type differentiation is obviously nutrient-dependent. That fact links photosynthesis in plants to nutrient-dependent amino acid substitutions in animals via the metabolism of nutrients to species-specific pheromones that enable fixation of the amino acid substitutions. Population-wide fixation of amino acid substitutions occurs only in the context of the pheromone-controlled physiology of reproduction.

The nutrient-dependent physiology of reproduction links amino acid substitutions via quantum entanglement to cell type differentiation in all living species via what appear to be virus induced changes in self versus other recognition. My comment: Continued attempts to place the only achiral amino acid glycine into the context of an evolved molecule will expose all physicists, chemists, and biologists who do not understand how light and water enable it formation and how amino acids are linked to the RNA-mediated stability of DNA in the organized genomes of all genera.
