From odors to autism spectrum disorder

May 31, 2014 James V. Kohl 0

Mosaic Epigenetic Dysregulation of Ectodermal Cells in Autism Spectrum Disorder clearly links the de novo creation of olfactory receptor gene OR2L13, from decreased nutrient-dependent DNA methylation to […]

Ecological variation leads to ecological adaptations

May 30, 2014 James V. Kohl 1

My published 2013 review  on ecological variation has been viewed more than 1000 times this month. It seems fitting that this is my 1000th blog […]

Genes and Race: Human History?

May 26, 2014 James V. Kohl 0

Roundup of Book Reviews of Nicholas Wade’s A Troublesome Inheritance My comment: Many reviewers of Wade’s book on genes and race appear to think he has […]

Another slap in the face for evolutionary theorists

May 24, 2014 James V. Kohl 0

From my invited and rejected submission on nutritional epigenetics: Nutrient-dependent pheromone-controlled ecological adaptations: from atoms to ecosystems. (The submission was rejected with another slap in the […]

Ecological adaptations link bats to humans

May 18, 2014 James V. Kohl 0

Is Evolution Predictable? Excerpt:  “…evolution is not really predictable because too many chance events can knock it off course.” My comment: Ecological variation predicts nutrient-dependent […]

Context is everything to theorists who exclude biological facts

May 18, 2014 James V. Kohl 0

Biophysical constraints that enable the intermolecular tethering of RNA to DNA also link the epigenetic landscape to the physical landscape of DNA via conserved molecular […]

Soft atheism: a case for Creation

May 18, 2014 James V. Kohl 0

The Case for ‘Soft Atheism’ By GARY GUTTING   Excerpt: “…much as I admire Dawkins’s work in evolutionary biology and in enhancing the public understanding […]

About James V. Kohl

James V. Kohl was the first to accurately conceptualize human pheromones, and began presenting his findings to the scientific community in 1992. He continues to present to, and publish for, diverse scientific and lay audiences, while constantly monitoring the scientific presses for new information that is relevant to the development of his initial and ongoing conceptualization of human pheromones.
